Want to be on the first calls? No problem - you can join if you want. But most people prefer I handle the initial screening.

3. I source and vet agencies (takes 1-2 weeks) - I'll find 3-4 options that actually fit your situation

4. I take intro calls with agencies (you can join or let me handle the first round solo)

5. You meet the finalists (intro calls or second calls with top 1-3 agencies, I'm on the calls asking questions)

6. I give you my recommendation - here's who I'd pick and why

7. You get started with the right agency - I help with the handoff so it goes smoothly
